Purchase Of New Property

To transfer a gas connection from the previous owner to your name, you will need the following documents:

  • A written application for the transfer of the Sui gas connection from the current owner.
  • A copy of the most recent bill paid by either the previous or current owner.
  • An affidavit (Bayen-e-Halfi) on Rs. 100 stamp paper.
  • Photocopies of property documents, such as the registered sale deed, Fard/Ownership Mutation, or Transfer Letter.

Inheritance Property

Here are the required documents for the ownership transfer of a gas connection:

  • A written application to change the ownership of the gas connection
  • A photocopy of the most recent paid bill
  • A photocopy of your CNIC
  • An affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper

A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is not required for transferring the Sui Gas connection from the previous owner to the current owner.
